Deep Fried Stuffed Cheese Balls – Pure Vegetarian Recipe

Ingredients:

For Batter:

  1. 1/2 cup of all purpose flour/maida
  2. 1 cup corn flour
  3. 2 tsps rice flour/ bread slice (white portion)
  4. Pinch of baking soda
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  7. 1/2 tsp chilli powder

Stuffed Cheese Balls Filling:

  1. 1 cup fresh grated cheese
  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
  3. 1/2 cup sweet corn (boiled)
  4. ' cup finely chopped onions
  5. Pinch of pepper powder

Preparing the cream cheese appetizer:

1. To prepare the filling, add cheese, spinach, onions, sweet corn, salt and pepper powder. Mix well.
2. In another bowl, prepare a thick batter of maida, corn flour, rice flour, baking soda, chilli powder, garam masala powder, water and salt (optional). Blend well.
3. Make small balls of the cheese filling, dip it in the thick batter and deep fry until golden brown.
Tasty stuffed cheese balls ready to serve.
