Spicy Menasinakai Balaka

Ingredients:
1Kg Green Chilies
100gms Salt
100gms Fenugreek Seeds
2 Pinches of Asafoetida
1 large Cup of Sour Curds

Method:
Coarsely grind Green Chilies. Chop Pumpkin finely.

Dry-roast the Fenugreek Seeds till brown.

Powder and mix with the Salt and Asafoetida. Slit Green Chilies length-wise, with the end stalks intact.

Fill lightly this powder in the slits and close them. Smear a little Sour Curds and let it dry in the hot sun.

After they have dried thoroughly, store them in dry jars.

Deep fry them and serve with Rice and Ghee.
