Soyabean Kababs: Healthy Snacks

Soyabean kababs are a healthy replacements for all the fried fatty snacks you munch on. This snacks recipes is made from soya chunks. It is therefore a healthy recipe due to the goodness of soya in it. As you can follow from the name, it is an Indian recipe. That is why this snacks recipe is called kabab. The ingredients you need to try this healthy recipe at home are pretty minimal.
Ingredients For Soyabean Kababs:
Soyabean:

Ginger:

Green
Chillies:

Boiled
Potatoes
Bread:

slices
Boiled
egg:

Jeera
Powder:
Half
tsp
Chilli
powder:
Half
tsp
Garam
Masala
Powder:
Half
tsp
Chaat
Masala;
Half
tsp
Salt
to
taste
Corn
flour
Cucumber,
Coriander
leaves
and
Lemon
slice
for
garnishing.
Method For Soyabean Kababs:
Boil
water.
Soak
Soyabean
for
10
mins
till
they
become
soft.
Drain
off
the
water.
Take
a
Bowl.
Mix
all
the
ingredients
together.
Mix
it
in
a
food
processor
to
form
paste.
Now
add
some
corn
flour
to
it
so
that
its
not
very
sticky.
In
case
corn
flour
is
not
available,
then
maida
can
be
used
in
lieu
of
corn
flour.
Shape
it
like
small
kababs
using
your
palm.
Now
deep
fry
the
kababs,
keeping
the
flame
low.
Garnish
with
Cucumber,
Corainder
leaves
and
a
slice
of
lemon.
Eat
hot
with
Coriander
Chutney
or
Tomato
Ketchup.
You should be done with this snacks recipe in less than half hour. Serve soyabean kababs hot with any sauce of your choice.
