Shankarpali Recipe From Leftover Chapati Dough (Leftover Recipe) -
Ingredients:

  1. ' cup rice flour
  2. Pinch of baking soda
  3. 2 tsps cumin seeds
  4. Pinch of ajwain (carom seeds)
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. Oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Add all the above ingredients to the leftover dough (except oil). Mix well
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add a big teaspoon to the mixture and knead well.
  3. Spread the dough and using a knife, cut into small squares and deep fry in oil.
