Potato Vermicelli Dish
Potato vermicelli is a very easy snacks recipe. if you want to try an healthy and easy potato recipe then Potato Vermicelli is your best pick. the ingredients for this Indian recipe are basic. Indian cooking is at it's best when it is simple. To try out thsi potato recipe you will need just about 20 minutes.
Ingredients
For
Potato
Vermicelli:

Kg
Potatoes
1tbsp Chili Powder
2tsp Cumin Seeds
A pinch of Asafoetida
Vermicelli (handful)
Salt to taste
Method
For
Potato
Vermicelli:
Boil
Potatoes,
cool
and
peel
them.
Mash
Potatoes
well
so
that
there
are
no
chunks
left.
Add
Cumin
Seeds,
Salt,
Asafoetida
and
Chili
Powder
and
mix
well.
Spread a polythene sheet in the sun. Put a little of the Potato dough in a vermicelli press and press into vermicelli on the sheet.
Dry vermicelli for 2 - 3 days in sun. Fry in ghee or oil and serve with tea or coffee.
Serve potato vermecelli steaming hot.
