PANNA PAKODI

INGREDIENTS :

1tsp Mustard Seeds
2tsp Roasted and ground Cumin Seeds
' tsp Black Salt
2 Cups Curds
2tsp Oil

For the Pakodi :

' Cup Rice Flour
' Cup Gram Flour
2tbsp Bengal Gram
' tsp Ajwain
A pinch of Soda
2tbsp Curd
Oil for deep-frying

METHOD :

Make a batter with Rice flour, Bengal Gram, Curd, Ajwain, Soda and Salt. Keep aside the batter for 2 hours. Heat Oil and make pakoras from the batter and deep-fry till they turn brown. Remove and keep aside.

Heat Oil, add Mustard Seeds and when they splutter, add Curds and keep stirring. Now, add the Pakora's and cook on low flame for 3 minutes. Remove to a serving tray and garnish with Cumin Powder and Black Salt.
