For Pani:

green
chili

mint
leaves

tamarind
juice

masala
powder

jaggery
water
salt
to
taste
For Filling:
1
potato
(boiled,
mashed)
1
cup
sprouted
green
gram
1
tsp
garam
masala
Pinch
of
chili
powder
salt
For Garnish:

cup
onion
(finely
chopped)
'
cup
carrots
(grated)
¼
cup
coriander
leaves
Preparation:
1.Combine
all
the
ingredients
listed
for
puri
and
knead
the
dough
well.
Make
small
balls
of
the
dough
and
roll
it
circularly.
Deep
fry
the
puris.
2.
Blend
all
the
ingredients
for
pani
in
a
blender.
3.
Mix
all
the
ingrdients
for
filling.
Make
a
hole
on
the
puri
and
stuff
a
teaspoon
of
the
filling.
Sprinkle
the
chopped
vegetables,
dip
the
stuffed
puri
in
pani
and
eat
immediately.
Serve
the
puri
in
a
plate
with
pani,
filling
and
garnish
in
separate
bowls.
