Method
1.
Fry
green
gram
dal
till
golden
brown
and
make
a
fine
powder
of
it
with
fried
gram
dal.
2.
Mix
the
prepared
mixture
with
rice
flour,
salt,
asafoetida
and
chilli
powder.
3.
Now
add
heated
oil
or
butter
to
this
flour
and
mix
them
fine.
Add
required
quantity
of
water
and
make
a
soft
dough.
4.
Take
a
ball
of
dough
and
put
into
the
Muruku
presser
and
press
them
and
deep
fry
till
golden
brown.
5.
Preserve
it
in
an
air-tight
container.
