Ever tasted the spicy mirchi bajji?, well, the popular indian street food can be prepared at home and served as tasty snacks or starters with meal. Mirchi bajji recipe is actually the chilli fritters that are dipper in a salted batter and deep fried in oil. Even capsicum can be replaced with chillies in the recipe. Mirchi bajji are very generally very hot and that is why they are had with sweet sauce or puffed rice or curd rice.

flour
(sifted)

rice
flour
Salt
according
to
taste
Chilli
powder
Pinch
of
soda
Green
chillies
(deseeded)
Pinch
of
asafoetida
Oil
for
frying
Mirchi Bajji Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine sifted flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, soda, asafoetida and prepare a smooth batter.
2. Dip the chillies in the batter and deep fry them until golden brown. Tasty chilli bajji recipe is ready.
