Jiffy & Spicy Green Masala Vada Recipe

Green Masala Vada Recipe – Spicy Snacks!

Ingredients:

1. 200gms Bengal Gram
2. 50gms Split Green Gram
3. 5 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
4. 1tbsp Dill /Sabsige Leaves, Chopped
5. 2tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped
6. 1 Onion, finely Chopped
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil for deep-frying
9. Chili Powder
10 Pinch Of Soda
11. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
12 Mint leaves

Masala Vada Method:
1. Soak both the Pulses for 2hrs. Grind both coarsely without using water. Remove to a mixing bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

2. Heat Oil in a kadai. Shape the mixture into flat, small and round vada's and deep fry on low flame till golden brown.

3. Serve hot with Tea or Coffee.
