Oil

Cumin
Seeds

Carom
Seeds

gms
Turmeric
Powder

gms
Coriander
Leaves

Fennel
Seeds

Water
Method:
Boil
the
Potatoes
and
mash
them.
Mix
all
the
above
ingredients
(leaving
Oil,
Salt,
Water
and
Flour)
and
form
a
smooth
mixture.
Heat a little Oil in a pan and shallow fry the mixture in it. Take Flour into another bowl.
Add water and Salt to It and pound it well. Take a small portion of this dough. Stuff it with the above mixture and press lightly to make flat round shapes of it.
Make more such shapes and deep fry them in hot Oil.
