Procedure:
1.Mix
all
ingredients
to
a
firm
dough
and
leave
it
for
about
15
minutes.
2.Make
round
balls
and
pat
them
into
discs.
3.Deep
fry
the
discs
until
golden
brown.
4.Heating
oil
on
a
low
flame
will
make
the
snack
crisp.
5.Serve
the
tasty
vadas
with
chutney.
