Ingredients:
2 Cups Rice Flour
' Cup Maida (Refined Flour)
2 tsp Fried Gram
8 Red Chilies
' Fresh Coconut, Grated
2 Green Chilies
¼ tsp Asafoetida
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 tbsp Hot Oil
Salt to taste
' ltr Oil for Deep Frying

Method:
Fry Maida for a minute. Grind Fried Gram, Red Chilies, Coconut, Green Chilies, Asafoetida and Cumin Seeds to a paste.

Add Maida and the Masala paste to the Rice flour.

Mix well. Now add Salt and hot Oil and mix well. Add water little by little and knead to a dough.

Divide into small lemon sized balls. Roll out each ball into a long stick. Now attach the ends to make into a circle.

Heat Oil in kadai/frying pan and deep fry each ring on low flame until they become golden brown.
