Healthy Oats Subz Kebabs
Eating healthy food is the secret of being fit and healthy. Today, we here to share a delicious easy to make oats sabz kebabs which are not only healthy but are also full of nutrients as it has a mix of veggies.
This recipe is made using oats, sweet potatoes and veggies. It is a great tea time snack. Check this easy to make oats subz kebabs for this evening snacks and enjoy it with family along with your cup of tea.

Procedure
- In a mixer grind oats and almonds to a fine powder.
- Pressurise the sweet potatoes and potatoes for a while along with some salt.
- Strain out the water and mash both the potatoes when it is cool.
- Add this potato mash in a bowl along with the oats and almond powder, green chillies, paneer, ginger garlic paste and all the other ingredients and mix well to make a tough dough.
- Keep it aside for a while to marinate.
- Make kebabs with the dough and fry it.
- Fry the kebabs on a lower flame until it turns golden brown.
Nutritional Tip: Sweet potatoes are rich in digestive fibre. You can enjoy this recipe if you are not on diet as it also has potatoes.
Tip: Serve these kebabs with garlic sauce as it is a great combo.
