Hara Bhara Kabab: Filling Snack!

Ingredients:
250gms Potatoes, Parboiled and Grated
100gms Peas, Shelled and Boiled
1 Bunch Spinach, Chopped and Blanched
4 - 5 Green Chilies, Chopped
1 tsp Chat Masala powder
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped
1 tsp Ginger, Chopped
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Cornflour for binding

Method:
Mix all the ingredients except for Oil together in a mixing bowl. Divide into balls. Flatten lightly on the greased palm.

Heat Oil in a frying pan and deep fry each one till golden brown.

Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney.
