Egg Samosa Recipe – Simple After-school Snack

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Egg
  2. 1 Onion (chopped finely and fried)
  3. 1 cup Green Peas (boiled)
  4. 250 g All Purpose Flour
  5. 1 cup Water
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 2 Green Chili
  8. Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  9. 250 gm Oil For Frying
  10. 1 tsp Ghee or butter

How to make Egg Samosa?

  1. In a bowl, whisk egg with cold water and salt.
  2. Add all purpose flour and mix into soft dough. Leave aside for 20 minutes.
  3. For the filling, add chopped onions, peas, chilies, coriander and salt. Mix well.
  4. Roll the dough into a triangle and stuff the filling.
  5. Deep fry the snack item until golden brown.
