You Will Need
- Dosa batter - 1 cup
- Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
- Onion -1/2 cup (Chopped)
- Green chillies - 2 - (sliced)
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut - 1 tbsp (Grated)
- Curry leaf - 4
- Coriander - 1 tbsp -(Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For Frying
Procedure
1.
Combine
all
the
ingredients
in
a
bowl.
Do
not
add
the
oil.
Mix
all
of
these
ingredients
using
your
hand.

In
a
kadai,
heat
oil
and
wait
for
it
to
get
hot.
3.
When
hot,
take
the
ladle
full
of
the
batter
and
drop
it
in
oil.
You
can
also
use
your
hands
to
drop
the
bondas
in
to
oil
for
frying.
4.
Allow
the
bonda
to
fry
well
in
the
oil
and
remove
only
when
it
turns
a
golden
brown
in
colour.
See
to
it
that
the
bonda
is
crisp
too.
5.
When
done
serve
hot
with
chutney.

an
