Dal vegetable pakora is a nice snack for evening and a healthy one for the kids too who don't like to eat vegetables. Check out the recipe of the dal vegetable pakora.

Dal vegetable pakora recipe:

Ingredients

carrot
capsicum
beans
onion
boiled potato mash
green chilli
moong dal paste
salt
black pepper powder
garam masala
chaat masala
red chilli powder

Directions to make dal vegetable pakora:

1.Take a pan and fry chopped vegetables till it becomes little translucent.
2.Add green chilli. Sprinkle spices like salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and red chilli powder.
3.Add boiled potato mash to it ands mix it properly.
4.Sprinkle a small pinch of garam masala and make round pakora balls.
5.Take the moong dal paste and add salt, red chilli powder and ajwain. Now dip the balls in the paste and deep fry.

Dal vegetable pakora is ready. Serve it hot with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
