Crispy Chili Corn Recipe -
Ingredients:

  1. 1 pack sweet corn
  2. 1 cup corn flour
  3. 2 cups bread crumbs
  4. 1 cup onion (chopped)
  5. 1 cup coriander (chopped)
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Pepper powder
  8. Oil for frying

How To Make Crispy Chili Corn?

  1. Boil sweet corn in microwave for 10 minutes. Strain the water completely
  2. In a bowl, add corn flour, salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, water and make a thick paste
  3. Add cooked sweet corn to the corn flour paste. Mix well.
  4. In a plate, roll the corn mixture on the bread crumbs. Fry the coated corn in oil until golden brown.
  5. In a separate pan, fry chopped onions with pinch of salt, pepper and add the fried corn. Saute well.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander. Tasty crispy chili corn is ready to enjoy with any drink.
