- Chicken legs- 4
- Vinegar- 2tbsp
- Garlic- 5-6 cloves (chopped)
- Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
- Soy sauce- 1tbsp
- Corn flour
- Onion- 1 (sliced)
- Bell pepper- 1 (sliced)
- Chinese grass- 1 pinch
- Oil- 2tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure

Marinate
the
chicken
legs
with
vinegar,
garlic
and
salt.
Leave
it
for
10
minutes.

Take
a
mixing
bowl.
Add
soy
sauce,
green
chillies
and
Chinese
grass
to
it.
Mix
it
well.

Dip
the
chicken
legs
in
the
soy
mixture
and
roll
it
in
the
corn
flour.

Heat
oil
in
a
skillet.
When
it
starts
steaming,
place
the
chicken
legs
in
the
pan.

You
can
fry
the
chicken
legs
until
it
gets
browned
on
all
sides.

After
2
minutes,
reduce
the
flame
and
add
the
onions
and
bell
peppers.
- Cover and fry the chicken legs until they are crisp.
You have crisp Chinese fried chicken legs but you do not have to deep fry them. Serve it hot with a white sauce dip.
