Ingredients

1 cup baby corn, sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
3-4 green chillies, cut in julienne shape
1 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
3-4 garlic cloves
turmeric powder
red chilli powder
½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
salt
oil
water

Directions to make chilli baby corn recipe for appetizers:

1. In a bowl, add besan, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Now add water to make a liquid solution.

2. Dip the baby corn slices in the besan to coat them.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry these coated baby corn slices.

4. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add jeera and then fry onions, garlic and capsicum for 2-4 minutes.

5. Add fried baby corn, green chillies and salt in the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Put the pan off flame.
