Chili Bonda Recipe With Tricolor Garnish

Chili Bonda Recipe – Very Hot And Spicy!
Ingredients:

  1. 6-7 Big green chilies
  2. 1 cup Gram flour
  3. ' cup Rice flour
  4. Salt tp taste
  5. 1 tsp Chili powder
  6. Pinch of baking soda

For Filling:

  1. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  2. ' cup fresh coconut (grated)

Garnish:

  1. Chopped onions
  2. Grated carrot
  3. Chopped coriander
  4. A few drops of lemon

How To Make Chili Bonda?

1. Make a dry paste of the cumin seeds and coconut.
2. Remove the seeds inside the chilies and stuff the dry paste.
3. Make the batter adding gram flour, rice flour, salt, chili powder and baking soda.
4. Dip the chilies and batter and deep fry until golden brown.
5. Over the deep fried chili bondas, garnish the onions, carrots and coriander
6. Squeeze a few drops of lemon and your tasty chili bonda is ready.
