Carrot Vada

100gms Carrots
3tsp Coconut Gratings
4 Green Chilies
2 Onions
3tsp Fried Groundnut pieces
2tbsp Coriander Leaves and Curry Leaves
1 Cup Gram Flour/Besan
' tsp Turmeric Powder
A pinch of Asafoetida
2tsp Chili Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep-frying

Method:
Peel Carrots and cook them. Chop the Green Chilies and Onions. Mash Carrots in a mixing bowl, add Green Chilies and Onions and mix well.

Add all the other ingredients except for Oil and mix well using little water.

Heat Oil in a kadai and shape the mixture into flat vada's and deep-fry till golden brown.
