Burger With Mushroom And Beans!

Ingredients:
1 Cup Rajma (Red Beans)
1 Cup Mushrooms, Chopped
' Cup Onions, Chopped
¼ Cup Groundnuts, Roasted and Coarsely Powdered
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp Ginger, Chopped
1 tbsp Parsely
Salt to taste
3 Potatoes, Parboiled and Mashed
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Maida (Refined Flour)

Method:
Soak Rajma overnight and cook with Salt. Mash it and keep aside.

Heat Oil, add Ginger, Onions and stir. Add Mushrooms and saute until it becomes dry. Add Rajma and Potatoes to the Mushrooms and mix well. To this add Pepper powder, Parsley, Peanuts and Salt. Cool it and shape into Cutlets. Make a mixture of Maida, Salt and ' Cup water. Dip the Cutlets into the mixture and roll them in Bread Crumbs. Heat Oil in a pan and shallow-fry the Cutlets till done.

To Serve :
Cut a Burger bun into half. Place Lettuce leaves on one half, on this place a layer of Tomato, Cucumber and Onion Rings. Over this place the Bean Cutlet and a Cheese slice and Lettuce. Cover it with the other half of the bun and serve with Tomato Ketchup and Mustard Paste.
