Baby corn fry, starters recipe:

Ingredients

250 gms baby corn
' cup corn flour
3 sliced onions
sliced green chillies
1 sliced capsicum
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
tomato ketchup
lemon juice
chilli powder
salt to taste
black pepper powder
oil
chopped spring onions for garnishing

Directions to make baby corn fry recipe:

1. Cut the baby corns into two long halves and boil them in water having little salt. Boil till it softens. Drain and keep aside.

2. In a bowl, take corn flour, chilli powder and salt. Now add the boiled baby corn pieces and mix well to cover the wet pieces with the flour coating. Add few drops of lemon juice.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the baby corn pieces till it becomes golden brown. Keep it aside.

4. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and cook the onions till it becomes golden brown. Add capsicum pieces and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, chilli powder, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and green chillies.

5. Add the baby corn pieces and mix well to let the corns absorb the sauce.

6. Take it off flame and garnish with spring onion.
