Aloo-Moong Dal Pakora
Summer evenings are generally spent together with all family members where the uncles sit together to watch cricket match while the aunties gossip in the kitchen preparing tea along with some munchies to spice-up the talks. This is a common scenario in every Indian home.
The hot and crispy pakodas are always remembered which made these gatherings more memorable. I remember as a kid, Mum used to fry those wonderful munchies in huge numbers and definitely the kids gang stole them as soon as they used to reach the platter.

One of my favorite was the aloo-moong dal pakodas. Moong Dal pakodas are really easy to prepare and healthy too, as green gram is a rich source of nutrients. It is low in saturated fats and cholesterol. This will definitely spice-up your tea sessions and definitely provide an excuse for a simple celebration at home. So here you go with the recipe.
