Egg Aloo Chaat: Yummy Snack Recipe
Have an egg everyday day to keep the doctor at bay! The healthy dairy product has many health benefits and so, it is one of the most preferred ingredient for breakfast. Eggetarian or non-vegetarians love to have egg sandwich, egg omelette or toasts for breakfast. Eggs are filling and tasty too.
But for how many days you will prepare the same old recipes using eggs? Here is a simple yet creative chaat recipe that is prepared using eggs. Egg stuffed aloo chaat is a yummy snack that you can munch on a lazy day. You can either have it for breakfast or serve it as an evening snack. Its all your choice as the dish is filling and healthy too!

Ingredients
- Eggs- 4
- Potatoes (aloo)- 5
- Onions- 3 (chopped)
- Tomato- 1 (chopped)
- Green chilli- 3 (chopped)
- Lime juice- 1tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Grounded pepper- 1tsp
- Chaat masala- 1tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1tsp
- Coriander leaves- for garnishing
Procedure
- Wash and boil the potatoes in pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 3-5 whistles. Let it cool.
- Meanwhile, hard boil the eggs in water. Once done, take them out and dip in cold water. Remove the shells and keep in a plate.
- When the pressure is released, take out the boiled potatoes and peel them.
- In a bowl, add potatoes, onions, tomato and green chillies. Sprinkle salt, grounded black pepper, red chilli powder and lime juice. Mash all the ingredients together like aloo chaat.
- Place boiled eggs in the plate. Use a thread to slice them into two halves. Now, take small spoon and gently scoop out the egg yolk. (You can either mash yolk with aloo or throw it.)
- Now stuff the boiled egg with the aloo chaat. Sprinkle chaat masala.
Egg aloo chaat is ready to eat. Garnish these stuffed eggs with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy the filling snack.
