Roasted Almonds: Healthy Snack Recipe!

Almonds are healthy nuts which are filled with nutrients and vitamins. If you are bored of munching those plain almonds everyday, try this roasted almonds which is spicy and great for your taste buds.

Roasted almonds, healthy snack recipe:

Ingredients

2 cups almonds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper, grounded
½ tsp grounded cumin
black salt
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions to make roasted almonds recipe:

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin powder, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder and almonds. Mix well.

2. Now add salt and red chilli powder and mix the nuts well so that the spices are absorbed by the almonds.

3. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then put it off flame. Let it cool. Store in an air-tight container.
