Microwave Recipe For Mexican Omelette
Every morning, looking for an appropriate breakfast recipe is struggle. Eggs make the ideal breakfast recipes if you are in a hurry. You want to have a quick breakfast and yet you are bored with all the usual recipes using eggs. There are only scrambled eggs, poaches and different types of omelettes you can make using eggs.
Have you ever tried the Mexican omelette? This Mexican omelette makes a great dish for breakfast. Don't be fooled by the fancy name. In reality, Mexican omelette is a very simple recipe that can be prepared in 10 precious minutes. We are going to make this omelette using a microwave recipe. So you don't even have to light a flame to prepare this breakfast recipe.

Ingredients
- Eggs- 1
- Water- 2tbsp
- Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Butter- 1tbsp
- Coriander leaves- 2 stalks (chopped)
- Tomato- 1 (chopped)
- Salsa sauce- 1tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Plastic wrap- 1
Procedure
- Break the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add 2tbsp water and salt as per taste. Beat the eggs properly.
- Preheat the micro-oven to 250 degrees. Add butter to a microwavable dish and heat it for 1 minute at 100 percent power.
- Spread the molten butter evenly. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Sprinkle some pepper from the top.
- Now cover the dish with a plastic wrap tightly. Pierce it with a knife at one place to leave some breathing space.
- Cook the eggs in the microwave for 5-6 minutes on 80 percent power.
- Remove it from the oven and place the omelette on a serving dish.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves on the omelette. Mix the chopped tomatoes with salsa sauce.
Serve the Mexican omelette hot with the salsa mix. It will be a tangy twist to your boring morning meal.
