Ginger Lime Prawns: Chinese Starters
Ginger lime prawns are great Chinese starters recipe. You can also mix these spicy seafood dish with noodles and enjoy the blend. It is easy to make ginger lime prawns. Take a look at this Chinese starters recipe.
Ginger lime prawns, Chinese starters recipe:

Ingredients

prawns,
shelled
and
deveined
1

ginger,
peeled
and
grated
salt
freshly
grounded
black
pepper

lime
zest,
grated

basil
leaves,
cut
in
julienne
shape

mint
leaves,
cut
in
julienne
shape
butter
Directions to make ginger lime prawns recipe:
1. Cut the prawns into two halves vertically. And dry with a towel or cloth piece.
2. Heat butter in a pan and season the prawn pieces with salt and black pepper. Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes till they become light brown. Gently turn the pieces to prevent them from breaking.
3. Now add lime zest, ginger and mix well. If you find it difficult to mix then use tongs to flip the pieces.
4. Add basil and mint leaves in the pan and saute. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.
Ginger lime prawns are ready to eat! Enjoy the spicy starters.
