Prawns Fried With Vermicelli: Monsoon Special

As the monsoons are here, you will be looking for easy appetizer recipes to munch on. Thus check out this recipe!
Ingredients:
Tiger Prawns 10 (shelled and cleaned)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Vermicelli noodles (handful)
Green chillies 2 (mined)
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Procedure For Making Fried Prawns With Vermicelli:
Marinate the prawns with ginger garlic paste, green chillies and salt. Leave it for half an hour.
Soak the vermicelli noodles in warm water for ten minutes.
Strain the noodles and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Roll the marinated prawns with as much marinade as possible.
Now roll these prawn pieces in vermicelli and then fry it for 5-7 minutes.
The prawns should be fried on low flame. Cover the pan.
Serve

with
vermicelli
hot!
