Mutton Dosa Recipe For Breakfast
To start your day in celebration, this is one of the most desirable breakfast recipes you can think of to mark the Bakrid festival. The day is in full celebration and thus starting the day to a yummy delight of a non-vegetarian dosa will be an out of this world experience.
The mutton dosa recipe for breakfast will give you an energetic start for the day and will also improve your appetite in order for you to have a healthy heavy lunch. This mutton dosa recipe is easy to make and is not at all time consuming. To make the mutton dosa, you need to make sure that the mutton is well cooked and soft before you add it to the dosa flour.
One tip to keep in mind is that when you make the mutton dosa, you need to make sure that there is enough of Indian spices added to the mutton when cooked separately. The Indian spices in the mutton will add to the taste and enhance your breakfast meal.

Preparation

You
first
need
to
soak
the
dal
and
rice
in
clean
water
for
five
hours.

After
soaking
the
water,
grind
the
rice
and
dal
into
a
coarse
paste
to
make
the
dosa
batter.
- Now keep the dosa batter aside for fermentation.
- In a pan, heat 2 tsp of oil, add in the cinnamon and cloves and allow these two ingredients to pop up.
- Fry the ingredients well in the oil. Now add in the green chillies and the curry leaves. Saute the ingredients for a minute or so.
- Add to the ingredients the minced mutton, spice powders and salt taste. Fry the mixture for a couple of minutes.
- Reduce the flame of the stove until the mutton is cooked. You can add in a little more oil if you need the mutton to roast a little more.
- Now add in the green peas and fry for another 3 minutes.
- When the mixture is done, drop it into the dosa batter.
- Prepare the dosas with the help of a frying pan and oil added to the sides of the pan for it to cook well.
- When the mutton dosa is ready, serve it with thick mutton gravy.
