Mutton Curry Recipe For Non Vegetarians
Mutton is good for health as it contains a lot of nutrients and minerals that are essential for a non vegetarian diet.
To make mutton curry, you need to know the correct amount of spices required to add in to give you a splendid taste.
For mutton curry, you will need

Directions for Mutton Curry
1.Slice the onions, the ginger and garlic separately. Fry on a heated tava which has the ghee or oil.
2.Roast in the dry chillies till it gets dark in colour. Fry in the coriander seeds, garlic and ginger.
3.In another large pan, fry the onions till it gets golden brown in colour. Add in the cloves, cardamom and cinnamon to the pan.
4.After well fried, add in the cut pieces of the mutton with turmeric/saffron powder and salt to taste.
5. Now cover the tava till the mutton gets cooked.
6.Pour in a little amount of water to avoid the meat from sticking to the pan which allows it to burn easily. Add in the sour curds to the mixture and the remaining spices too.
7.Cook on low meat till it gets tender.
After
it
gets
cooked,
squeeze
the
lemon
on
top
of
the
dish
and
garnish
it
with
finely
chopped
coriander
leaves.
Your
mutton
curry
is
ready
to
eat.
Enjoy

hot

with
coconut
rice.
