Coriander
leaves

bunches
Coconut

Salt
according
to
taste
Oil
for
frying
Method:
In a mixer grind the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, coriander powder, garam masala, coconut and the fried channa to a fine paste. Do not add water while grinding.
To this mixture add the meat and mix it well.
On medium heat add the meatballs in a non stick pan with some water. Leave it on till all the water dries up.
Fry
the
meat
balls
in
oil
on
medium
heat
till
golden
brown.
Serve
hot.
