Ingredients:

1 kg finely minced lamb
2 onions
Large bunch of parsley
Salt to taste
2 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pepper

Method:

Mince and wash the meat well.

Wash the parsley and cut them really fine. Do the same with the onions.

Add spices and mix together thoroughly.

Make into balls which could either be flattened out on a skewer and cooked or fried in oil.
