Yoghurt

Fennel

saunf
powder-

teaspoon
Ginger
powder

teaspoon
Dried
mint
leaves

tablespoon

Oil
enough
to
fry
the
chicken
Green
cardamom
-

Cinnamon

piece.
Salt
to
taste

Method of preparation
1.
Put
yoghurt
in
a
deep
bottomed
vessel
on
full
flame.
Keep
it
stirring
continuously
until
it
boils
and
gets
thin.
Keep
it
aside.
2.
Heat
oil
in
a
pan.
Add
chicken
and
fry
it.
Don't
deep
fry.
3.
Remove
the
chicken
from
the
pan
and
put
it
in
a
vessel.
4.
Add
saunf
powder,
ginger
powder,
cinnamon,
green
cardamom
and
salt
to
the
vessel
containing
chicken.

5.
Add
three
cups
of
water
to
it
and
let
it
boil
for
some
time.
6.
To
this
boiling
chicken,
add
yoghurt.
Boil
it
until
it
thickens.
7.
Garnish
with
dried
mint
leaves
