Spinach-

Onion-

garlic

Red
chilli

Garam

Oil

Procedure
1.
Take
a
pan
and
heat
oil
in
it.
Once
the
oil
is
heated,
add
onions,
green
chillies
and
ginger
garlic
paste.
Saute
it
well
till
the
onions
turn
golden
brown.

Now,
add
cardamom
and
cinnamon.
Stir
the
mixture
till
you
get
an
aroma.

Add
tomatoes
and
saute
it
for
5
minutes
till
the
tomatoes
blend
with
the
spices
and
onions.

Now,
add
the
chopped
chicken
pieces,
red
chilli
powder,
garam
masala,
coriander
powder,
cumin
powder,
salt
and
spinach.
Add
2
cups
of
water
into
it.
5.
Now,
keep
stirring
the
mixture
for
5-7
minutes
on
medium
flame.
Cover
the
pan
with
a
lid
and
keep
it
aside
for
15-20
minutes
so
that
it
gets
cooked
into
a
semi-thick
gravy.
