Exotic 'Lebanese' Baked Chicken

The poultry dishes are amazing and gives your taste buds an awe feeling. Let me direct you on how to make the famous 'Lebanese Chicken' in your kitchen.
You will need:-

Chickens
1/2
cup
Lemon
juice
4
cloves
minced
Garlic
1
tbsp
minced
Fresh
Thyme
1/2
tbsp
Paprika
3/4
tsp
ground
Cumin
1/2
tsp
Cayenne
pepper
Salt
to
taste
Pepper
to
taste
Lemon
Wedges
Directions to cook:-
- You have to split the chicken in to two halves and remove all the back bones.
- Take the garlic, the lemon juice, the thyme , the paprika , cumin and the cayenne powder and mix it well in a bowl.
- Place the chicken into a baking dish and pour the ingredients above it. Coat the ingredients over and refrigerate in for about 3 to 4 hours.
- Now heat the oven at 425 degree F.
- Transfer the chicken with marinade in a large roasting pan and season it with the salt and the pepper.
- Now bake the chicken for about 30 to 40 minutes with the juice still in the pan.
- After done, garnish with lemon wedges.
Your Lebanese chicken is now ready to eat. Serve hot and enjoy.
