Iron Rich Chicken Recipe With Spinach
Chicken is one of the most common meats everyone has a liking to. To add more flavour to your chicken dish, drop in a few spinach leaves.
Spinach is another healthy leafy veggie which is rich in iron and calcium. The presence of Vitamin K in spinach is good for women who are pregnant. To prepare this yummy chicken spinach, here is what you need and how to go about the process.
You can also add other leafy veggies to this yummy chicken curry. The only thing different will be the extra tinge of bitterness. For this you can add a little bit of honey or sugar to cut the bitter taste. Add in lots of spice to make this rich chicken spinach recipe a healthy treat for your tummy.

Preparation
1.
Wash
and
clean
the
chicken.
Remove
all
skin
and
keep
aside.
2.
Wash
and
drain
the
spinach
leaves.
3.
Chop
the
onion
and
garlic
and
keep
aside.
4.
In
a
pan,
heat
the
oil.
Add
in
the
garlic
and
fry
and
fry
till
almost
brown.
5.
Add
in
the
chopped
onion
and
fry
until
it
turns
brown
in
colour.
6.
Add
in
all
the
spices
and
fry
for
2
minutes.
Add
1
cup
of
water
to
make
a
smooth
paste
in
the
pan.
7.
Once
you
have
enough
masala
in
the
pan,
add
the
chicken
pieces.
Increase
the
heat
on
the
stove
allow
to
cook,
until
the
chicken
turns
soft.
Add
water
is
necessary.
8.
When
the
chicken
is
almost
cooked,
add
in
the
spinach,
cover
the
pan
with
a
lid
and
let
it
cook
over
the
flame
on
medium
heat.

Chicken is good for weight loss. It is best to consume chicken without the skin.
