Ingredients
- Chicken (boneless)- 250 grams
- Onions- 1 (sliced)
- Carrots- 1 (cut into small pieces)
- Tomatoes- 1 (chopped)
- Broccoli- 100 grams (chopped)
- Lemon juice- 2tbsp
- Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
- Coriander sprigs- 2 (chopped)
- White pepper- ½ tsp
- Chaat masala- 1tsp
- Roasted cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Black salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Boil the chicken and broccoli in a pressure cooker for the duration of 2 whistles.

strain
the
chicken
and
broccoli
pieces.

the
stock
for
preparing
stew
or
stock
for
later.

the
chicken
boils,
chop
the
rest
of
vegetables
and
spices.
