Ingredients For Grilled Lemon Chicken:

1. Chicken bone less 250 grams (cut into pieces of medium size)

2. Garlic 10 cloves (smashed roughly)

3. Lemon juice 4 table spoons

4. Ground Pepper 2 teaspoon

5. Butter 1 tablespoon

6. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

7. Salt to taste

Procedure For Grilled Lemon Chicken:

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and most of the crushed garlic for about half an hour maximum. Even if you keep it for 10 minutes, it will be enough.
  • Sprinkle ground pepper and cumin powder on it.
  • Douse the chicken pieces with butter.
  • Put the chicken pieces in a grilling pan and place it on the high rack of your microwave.
  • Chose the combo option of convection and grill. Set the temperature at 640 degree centigrade.
  • Grill the chicken for about 7 minutes; stop and turn the pieces around.
  • Grill for another 5 minutes
  • Meanwhile melt butter in a pan; add the rest of the lemon juice, garlic crush and some ground pepper to it and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove the grilled chicken from the microwave rack and pour the lemon garlic sauce over it
