Garlic Chicken Gravy: Recipe For Dieters
The combination of garlic and chicken is one of the continental wonders. Garlic is one of the flavours that go best with chicken. That is why garlic chicken recipes are of many types. Garlic chicken gravy recipe are especially very savoury. Most of us cannot afford to spend time in elaborate recipes these days. We need something quick and healthy. Keeping time constraints in mind, this garlic chicken curry will be ideal as you can get it done in 20 minutes.
If you are looking to lose weight, then this garlic chicken gravy recipe is excellent for you. This is a low fat chicken recipe. So you can easily try this garlic chicken recipe at home and have a protein rich diet. The best thing is that that recipe is great for busy working women as well.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast pieces- 4
- Chicken leg pieces- 4
- Garlic- 10 cloves
- Garlic- 10 cloves (minced)
- Onion- 1 (sliced)
- Green chilies- 4 (minced)
- Bell peppers- 1 (chopped)
- Pepper- 1tbsp
- Low fat yogurt- 1 cup
- Mint- 2 stalks (chopped)
- Coriander leaves- 2 stalks (chopped)
- Oil- 1tbsp
- lemon- 1
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure

Heat
oil
in
a
deep
pan.
- When the oil is slightly warm, add garlic for flavour.

Then
add
the
pieces
of
chicken
and
cook
them
on
a
low
flame
for
2-3
minutes.
- Keep turning the chicken over to brown it on all sides.
- Add onions, minced garlic and chillies.
- Cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes while you stir.
- Squeeze a lemon into the pan and add curd.
- Mix it up well and add pepper, coriander leaves and mint.
- The curd will ooze water on its own.
- However, you can add 1 cup of water if you think the gravy is getting too dry.
- Sprinkle salt, mix it up. Now, cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- You can team up with garlic chicken recipe with bread or brown rice.
