All You Need
Chicken-
½
kg
(chopped
and
boiled)
Fennel
seeds
powder-
2
tbsp
Red
Chilli-
5-6
nos
(chopped)
Garlic-6-7
pods
Curry
leaves
Salt-
to
taste
Procedure
1.
Add
fennel
seeds
powder,
red
chillis,
garlic,
salt
and
curry
leaves
in
a
mixer
with
a
little
water.
Mix
it
well
till
it
becomes
a
fine
paste.

After
it
is
done,
marinate
the
chicken
with
this
paste.
3.
Keep
it
for
an
hour
to
get
marinated
well.
4.
Once
the
masala
gets
into
the
chicken,
deep
fry
it
in
coconut
oil
for
10
minutes
till
it
becomes
dark
golden
brown.
You can serve this Kerala style chicken fry with rice or rotis. Make sure that you have sliced onions and lime along with this dish on the serving plate.
