For Chilli chicken, you would need

* I kg of boneless cut chicken
* I full egg
* 5 to 6 green chilli finely chopped
* Soya sauce – about 2 spoons
* Corn Flour for thick gravy – 2 tsb
* Fine ground ' tsp of Pepper powder
* Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tsp
* Onions – 3 in number, finely chopped
* Oil as per your amount (minimum of 3tsps)
* A tsp of sugar
* Water for cooking

To make the chilli chicken recipe all you have to do is simply follow the directions which are stated below and in no time you would be enriching the taste of this yummy chilli chicken.

1. To get started, first you have to marinate the diced chicken.

2. Mix the soya sauce, corn flour, salt, egg together and make a fine paste out of it. Add in the chicken and mix well onto all the pieces. Let it soak in the mixture for about 10 min or so.

3. In a tava/utensil, heat the required amount of oil and fry the marinated pieces of chicken until it turns its a golden brown color.

4. In another utensil, heat a little amount of oil, add to it the ginger and garlic paste, the finely chopped green chillis and fry all together.

5. To the above utensil in point 4, add a little amount of water along with a dash of sugar. Bring to a slight boil and add in the pepper powder, a pinch of salt and dash of soya sauce.

6. Add in the marinated and friend chicken pieces and let it cook for a few minutes.

7. In a small cup, take the corn flour and mix in with a little water to it. Add the corn flour mixture to the gravy and stir in a uniform manner to avoid lumps to form.

8. Now let it be on the fire for a few minutes and then served with sliced onions and coriander as garnish.

This chilli chicken recipe is well served with ghee rice which is very easy to make too.
