Spicy Chilli Chicken Dry, hear the name and your mouth salivates big time! Chilli chicken dry is a recipe originally borrowed from the Chinese. This spicy Chinese food is now found in every nook and corner of India. All you need to make Chilli chicken dry is Soy Sauce and Chinese Grass (a-jina-motto). The rest of the ingredients are very basic.

Ingredients For Chilli Chicken Dry Recipe:
1. Boneless Chicken 500 grams (cut into small pieces)
2. Corn Flour 4 tablespoons
3. Green chillies 4 (finely chopped)
4. Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
5. Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
6. Onions 2 (finely chopped)
7. Garlic 8 cloves (finely chopped)
8. Spring onions stalk 4 (finely chopped)
9. Capsicum 1 (thinly sliced)
10. Ready made ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
11. Olive oil 4 tablespoons
12. Salt as per taste
13. Chinese grass 1 teaspoon

Procedure For Chilli Chicken Dry:

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Mix corn flour in a bowl with little water; add half of the green chillies and dip the chicken pieces in it.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan and fry these chicken pieces until they are crisp.
  • Now saute the chopped onions until they are deep golden brown and then add garlic.
  • Add the spring onion stalks, capsicum and remaining half green chillies after 2 minutes.
  • Stir well for another 2 minutes and add the tomato sauce, then add soy sauce and stir well.
  • Now add the fried chicken pieces, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle salt and Chinese grass; add 1 cup of water.
  • Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame; the chicken pieces will soften by then.
  • Now increase the flame and evaporate the extra water if any

Delicious Chicken chilli dry is ready to eat. Savor it with Chinese fried rice or just like that as a snack.
