Baked Chicken With Wine & Cheese

dinner.
It
is
easy,
fast
and
also
unusual.
So
instead
of
the
typical
roast
chicken
like
every
year,
try
this
new
dish.
Ingredients
For
Chicken
Cheese
&
Wine:

Chicken
breast
pieces
(skinned)

Cheddar
cheese
2
cubes
3.
White
wine
1
cup
4.
Onions
3
(sliced
)
5.
Mushrooms
6-8
(diced)
6.
Garlic
6
cloves
(minced)
7.
Chicken
&
mushroom
soup
powder
3
tablespoons
8.
Ground
pepper
2
tablespoons
9.
Paprika
1
tablespoon
10.
Red
chilli
flakes
1
tablespoon
11.
Butter
1
tablespoon
12.
Salt
as
per
taste
Procedure
For
Chicken
Wine
&
Cheese:
- Preheat the microwave oven to 350 degrees. Make small but deep incisions on the chicken breasts and mushrooms so that they absorb the spices.
- Grease the pan with butter and place the chicken and mushroom pieces on it.
- Now mix soup powder with 1 tablespoon water and whisk it with minced garlic, black pepper and salt.
- Pour white wine into the mixture beat it for sometime to get a smooth consistency. Then pour the white sauce like liquid on the chicken and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle red chilli flakes and paprika on it. Last but not the least, grate 1 cube of cheese on it.
- Bake the chicken for 50 minutes on a lower rack. Turn it over and grate another cube of cheese on it and bake for another 40 minutes.
- Fry sliced onions till they turn deep brown in a pan and make a crust of fried onions on the baked chicken.
Serve chicken cheese & wine hot with mashed potatoes and bread.
