Chicken Shorba Recipe – Best Monsoon Appetizer

Its' monsoon and Shorbas are the hot favorites, but many are not very aware that shorbas are not just tomato shorbas but many vegetarian and non vegetarian shorbas can also be prepared. Today we have the tasty chicken shorba recipe which can be prepared in our very kitchen. Lets' take a look at how to make spicy Chicken shorba for the monsoon season.
Chicken Shorba Recipe – Best Monsoon Appetizer
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl Boneless Chicken Pieces
- 3 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- ' tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1 tsp Rice Flour
- 2 tsp Salted Butter
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt & Pepper powder to taste
- 1 tsp Fresh Cream
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
How To Make Chicken Shorba?
- In a pan, heat salted butter and fry chicken pieces until tender.
- In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, garlic paste, ginger paste and saute well.
- Mix rice flour with little water.
- In a pot, add all the above ingredients (except cilantro and fresh cream) and bring the mixture to boil. Garnish with chopped cilantro and add fresh cream while serving. Tasty chicken shorba is ready to relish.
You can even add some sweet corn to make the monsoon appetizer look colorful.
