Chicken Manchurian: Crisp Starters Recipe

Directions to make chicken manchurian snack recipe:
1. Cut the chicken pieces into small cubes and wash them. Marinate the pieces in soy sauce, salt, pepper and vinegar. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken till the pieces become tender. Put them in a plate and keep aside.
3. In the same pan, put little oil and add onions, chillies, soy sauce, salt, chicken stock, tomato sauce or puree and pepper. Bring the solution to boil and stir. Boil till it thickens a little.
4. Add the chicken pieces and let the manchurian thicken into a sauce.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Chicken manchurian recipe is ready to eat.
