Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
3-4 eggs
2 cloves minced garlic
' cup celery and parsley
' pound chourico
1 cup red wine
1 chicken bouillon cube
¼ tsp paprika
1 ' cups frozen peas
salt
red chilli pepper
olive oil

Directions to make chicken egg recipe-

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion, garlic and celery.
  • Add chourico, chicken and stir.
  • Add wine and then cook for 30 minutes
  • Sprinkle paprika, salt and chilli pepper and mix
  • Add chicken broth and cube into it and mix well. Let the mixture cook for 30 minutes
  • Mix parsley and peas and after few minutes break in the eggs and remove from the flame after few minutes when the egg sets.

Chicken egg recipe is ready. Serve it hot!
