Ingredients For Chicken Corn Flakes:

1. Cornflakes-1 cup
2. Chicken boneless-200 grams (cut into medium sized pieces)
3. Vinegar-1 teaspoon
4. Rosemary-1 teaspoon
5. Thyme-1 teaspoon
6. Oregano-1 teaspoon
7. Pepper-2 teaspoons
8. Basil leaves-4 to 5
9. Olive oil-2 tablespoons
10. Salt as per taste

Procedure For Chicken Cornflakes:

  • Soak the chicken pieces in vinegar. This will soften them.
  • Marinate them overnight with the spices; oregano, rosemary, thyme, pepper and salt. Refrigerate it.
  • Next morning, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Put the cornflakes in a cloth or plastic and crush them with the help of a heavy utensil like the baylan or a glass.
  • Spread out the crushed flakes on a tissue paper.
  • Brush some oil on the chicken pieces and roll them in the crushed flakes; place them in a baking dish and grill in the microwave for 10-12 minutes
  • The settings should be a combination of 480 degrees of the microwave and the grill together.
  • You have to tun the pieces over after about 6 minutes of cooking on one side.
